St Vincent de Paul – we are an Emergency Help Organisation.

  *Persons seeking assistance, must phone Helpline on 1800 846 643 (free call), Monday to Friday business hours - to book a request/visit –(certain details shall be asked to be provided).  

  *This shall be followed by two Vincentian Members making initial contact on number provided and making arrangement of a meeting place nominated by person/companion making the request (usually the address provided on the

        Call Out Sheet from the Helpline ).

  *Food assistance is usual assistance given, to get the person/household over till next Centrelink income arrives etc..

  *During visitation, this is when other options shall be discussed available from us or other Organisations in the area.
